Product Introduction:
Stocking yard bridge type scraper circular stacker reclaimer applies to the preblending bed of raw materials. Its covered area is small and it could stock and reclaim materials sustainably under the full automatic control. It is the ideal homogenizing equipment for the bulk materials like cement and coal. The main features of this machine are: the stakcer-reclaimer adopts the herringbone stacking way and the whole section claiming way. Under the control of the PLC program, the stacking arm rotates to and fro and achieve the cyclic amplitude variable motion that moves up to down in the process of the reciprocating rotation, then completes the continuous herringbone stacking process. The reclaimer moves around the center column through driving the end beam on the circular orbit. The claw moves to and fro along with the bridge to achieve reclaiming materials whole section. Finally the materials are scraped to the bottom of the center pillar by the scraping conveyor system and then are send out by the stockpiling belt conveyor.
Structure Components:
Circular stacker-reclaimer consists of cantilever stacking system, bridge type scraper reclaiming systems, claw system, center pillar, rotary part, lubrication system, rail system, the control room and other parts.
